Who we are
This website is run by Salesolve Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 15227756), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC258192) and are the controller of the personal data described here.
You can contact us at hello@salesolve.co.uk.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own site, so your browser does not contact a third-party font service.
Like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure.
When you get in touch
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you tell us. Our email is provided by Zoho Workspace.
- Booking a call. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Zoho Bookings, which collects the name, email address and any details you enter, plus the time you choose.
We use this information to reply to you, arrange and hold the call, and follow up on what we discussed. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, and, where you become a client, to perform a contract.
Comments on articles
Articles in our Insights section have a comment form. If you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address and comment text you enter. Your name and comment are shown publicly once we have approved them. Your email address is never shown or shared.
Comments are stored with our database provider, Supabase, in London. We use them to review and approve comments, reply, and prevent spam and abuse. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests to run a moderated comments section.
When you open an article, your browser asks Supabase for the approved comments on that page, so Supabase can see your IP address in the same way any website host does. The comments feature does not use cookies or store anything on your device.
To have a comment removed, or to see or delete the details you gave us, email hello@salesolve.co.uk.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and booking details for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than two years. Comments and the details that came with them stay for as long as the article is online, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers who run the tools above (Cloudflare, Zoho, Supabase for article comments and, for accounting, QuickBooks) and where the law requires. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@salesolve.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we add analytics or any other tool that handles personal data, we will update this page first.
